Bodemafsluiters voor Tankcontainers & Tankwagens (Foot Valves)

Bodemafsluiters, ook bekend als footvalves of voetkleppen, zijn essentiële componenten voor tankcontainers en tankwagens. Ze worden direct gemonteerd op het aftappunt van de tank en vormen de eerste veiligheidsbarrière bij het laden en lossen van vloeistoffen en chemicaliën.

Bij Guard Europe BV leveren wij hoogwaardige bodemafsluiters die zijn ontworpen voor maximale veiligheid, controle en chemische bestendigheid. Geschikt voor ADR-transport, industriële toepassingen en tankcontainer systemen.

Onze footvalves werken in combinatie met een secundaire afsluiter zoals een vlinderklep of kogelkraan, waardoor een betrouwbaar dubbel afsluitsysteem ontstaat.

Beschikbare uitvoeringen:
DN80 (3 inch) en DN100 (4 inch), met uitlaatposities 30°, 45°, 90° en 180°. Verkrijgbaar als handbediende of pneumatische uitvoering.

Voor agressieve media bieden wij gecoate en gevoerde voetkleppen met verhoogde chemische bestendigheid en langere levensduur.

Toepassingen:
Tankcontainers, tankwagens, bodemlos systemen, chemische en ADR-transporten.

Alle producten zijn compatibel met industriële standaarden en waar van toepassing leverbaar met EN 14432 certificering.
