Tank Trailer Butterfly valve
Guard offers a wide range of butterfly valves designed to meet various transportation needs, including valves suitable for ADR transport and foodstuffs.
We provide connection options including Welding, Clamped type, Flanged type, and BSP thread. Our butterfly valves are available in multiple sizes from 2" to 5"/DN50 to DN120 to suit different installation requirements. 316 stainless steel is the standard material, but we also offer PFA Lined versions in various sizes. The valves are designed to withstand up to 6 bar of pressure, making them suitable for medium-pressure applications such as ADR.
The contact parts are made from high-quality Stainless Steel 316, ensuring durability and excellent corrosion resistance. Depending on your needs, the valves can be fitted with a PTFE seal for standard applications or PFA lining for handling more corrosive fluids.
These valves are engineered to operate across a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C, ensuring reliable performance even in extreme conditions.
Whether you're in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or water transportation industry, our butterfly valves offer the reliability and performance you need. Spare parts are available from our warehouse in Zoetermeer.
